Control panel
All styles of Custom Control panels and Drives are engineered and manufactured of your specific needs . Domestic water roof tanks and Constant Pressure System; Sewage and Sump Duplex Panels; Vacuum and Condensate System Panels. Panel Features Include: High Water Alarm, Visual and Audiable Remote Dialer Feature Automatic alternating Lead Lag , Panel will automatically search for working pump in event of faliure. Low water cut out also included and many more features are also available. All are UL listed. Note: We design all panels to insure piece of mind for the Operating Engineer and Building Residents.
ELECTRIC MOTORS
Up to 250 hp motors are no problem for our state of the art repair shop. Over extensive general overhaul includes complete inspection and cleaning of all components. Baking and re-insulation of motor windings, balancing the rotor by computer and assembly with sealed maintence free ball bearings. We can rewind the motor if burnt out or replace with new motors from our stock. We stock up to 100hp for emergency orders. Pump & Motor Corp. can remove, repair and correctly install any motor, of course, with the proper alignment to insure smooth operation. Motor controls, starters and panels are all checked prior to installation in order to protect your investment. We can also pickup for repair or deliver new motors for your own personnel to install. There is never a charge for pickup or delivery.
FIRE PUMPS
Let Pump & Motor Corp. conduct free site inspections of your fire and sprinkler protection systems BEFORE VIOLATIONS are received. Split case, vertical inline pumps and all related controls are given our special attention to insure proper operation. Of course if repairs are required they are done quickly and professionally.
HOT WATER CIRCULATORS
We supply, install and service all types of Hot Water Circulators, for Building Heating or Domestic Hot Waters Systmes. Bell & Gosset Armstrong, Taco Grundfos, Weinman, and any other brand of pumps are our specialty for quality repairs. All repairs carry the same warranty as new pumps.
Variable Frequency Drives
Let our Engineering Division provide you with detailed proposals on removing antiquated DC Driven Pumps or Blowers and converting them to Efficient A.C Driven Units. Custom Gear Box Drives or Variable Freequency Drives are our Specialty.
